This parenting gig is pretty tough. The pay is appalling, the monotony is exhausting and of course there’s little to no thanks.
But one dad proves that perhaps there’s some worthy perks of hanging with kids all day; like watching animated movies and dressing-up!
This dad and his son were snapped on the subway in the U.S both dressed as a Minion from the Despicable Me movie franchise.
Wearing blue overalls, a yellow tee, and thick, over-sized glasses, this dad deserves a medal for has commitment to taking his son to see the new Minions movie!
He’s now been hailed across the web for his devotion after this photo was shared on Reddit and has since gone viral.
“Father of the year award goes to this gentleman who was taking a very excited boy to the movies.” said Bob_F37T who posted the picture.
We’re not quite sure if it’s the dad or son who love Minions more but many Reddit users have been suggesting it’s definitely the Dad, with one writing, “Son of the year award goes to this little trooper, letting his dad use him as an excuse to feed dad’s minion obsession.”
Either way it’s pretty clear that both father and son are pretty comfy in their outfits. If only we were all this carefree when it came to letting out our inner child!
